People have been flying since 1903, when the Wright brothers first flew at Kitty Hawk, NC.

Without assuming the obvious for you, I think you mean will people (that is, the general public, not just a couple of engineers or scientists or military) be able to fly around on their own, like have a personal flying conveyance. Also assuming not the currently available modes.
The answer is if it were solely up to technology, then yes, it could be done, given the funding, resources and desire.
However, there is no doubt in my mind that it WON'T be done, regardless of desire and intent, because of political, legal and economic pressures.
Good question.

Man can fly right now with the aid of technology, e.g. planes, glides etc.
If your talking about Man having wings, I'm not so sure. There is something called the Human Genome Project and if that can offer a breakthrough, who knows, we might need air police?

Well, we can use hang gliders & other aircraft, or balloons.
If you mean will they be able to genetically modify humans so that they can fly with muscle power I doubt it.
There was a plane a few years ago that actually flew with muscle power - it was constructed of very light wood and paper, with a carbon fiber bicycle frame pedalled by an athlete (in very good condition) to turn a pusher propeller. I think they managed to fly for about a mile before exhaustion.

Currently human can fly, however with the help of technology. Surely you have seen some programs that people strap some sort of jet at their back, and believe it, it exists.

With the aid of technology, even right now we can fly with aeroplane.
But we'll never ever evolved to grow wings out of our back lol. I don't see that happening

There are any number of ways that people can fly right now - airplanes, mictolites, gliders, hang-gliders, parachutes, helicopters etc. All of these come in models that individuals can use. More experimentally, there are jet-packs and hover-packs, but these never seem to get far.
If you are talking about humans sprouting wings that they can flap with their own muscle power, it is not going to happen. Humans have way too much weight relating to their muscle power. Muscle-powered airplanes and helicopters to date are very impractical.

I can't wait till we have flying arenas on the moon. We would only weigh 1/6 what we do on Earth. Strap on wings would allow flight in a sports-arena sized building on the moon. It is possible now in short weightless moments in orbit for astronauts.

People can fly but only using tecnology. We have invented plains, aeroplains and even air crafts. Using them people can fly to where they like. But man don't have wings so he can't fly by himself. Only using tecnology man can fly.
