Was this the year you came out, met your partner, broke up with a partner, lost a friend, decided changes in your life, moved house, traveled, lost a job or gained one. Has this year been one of the best or worse years in your life. Last NYE I went to a party and it seemed like 9:55pm for many hours. It wasn't till after 3am they realized the batteries in there clock died. (lol) Has this happened to you ? That's my best memory of 2007 missing NYE.

This year has been worse in my life. I broke up with my partner in August. But my worst experience was back in in September when i got sexually assaulted by another guy. He had unprotected sex with me when i told him no and he went and did it anyway. Im still taking care of this issue trying to put him to justice for what he did. And there are days that i just break down because of what happened. I hope that 2008 is going to become a better year.

It was my first full year of retirement. I finished a writing project that has been interrupted several times over the past few years. I finished (except for the bathroom from hell) all the necessary work on my new home. I met someone very special with whom I shall soon embark upon an adventure--we are going to Kiev together.

I will remember putting our 12 yr old Rottie to final rest.
I will remember rescuing 2 wonderful dogs.
I will remember the FOPA'S of our hypocritical government.
I will remember that Trudy my 25yr old Thunderbird being restored to better condition than new.
I will remember how happy I made my Nephew taking him out to play.
I will remember my second year of no smoking after 30 years
I always remember the loved ones that are no longer physically here but are always there in spirit.

What I will remember most about 2007 is that my partner and I were approved for Permanent residency in Canada. Which means that we will be able to be together for the rest of our lives in Canada, instead of having to be separated, living in different countries. I couldn't have gotten a better Christmas present!

This was another year I got to spend with my uncle who has terminal cancer. He was told he wouldn't see his 47th birthday, Janurary 15 will be his 50th. I have the same partner, same house, same job, same friends but the thing I am most thankful for is that my uncle still has some fight in him. 2007 was another year he gave a big FU to death! Happy New Year to all xox

How sucky my personal life was (and is) cuz I'm lonely and can't find a girlfriend to save my life. I guess the best memory is doing well in college, I love school, I love my professors and I love learning, my GPA is a 3.7 and will hopefully go up as I get my grades from this semester. Yep, that's about it.

I really can't say that it was the worst year,but it was a rocky one indeed.I lost my best friend,due to my childish needy behavior.I have great memories with him, that I will hold on to for life.It's a shame it had to end the way it did,but I learned allot about myself because of it.I'm looking foward to 08' as the year I finally grow up,and learn from my mistakes........"Here's coming a better version of me"

Turned 20 this year, in August.
Got lots of issues with basically everything that I am, since August.
Still trying to convince myself that I hate straight guys, which is hard to do when you're straight, since August.
Cried myself to sleep on most nights, since August.
Basically, everything started when I hit 20 in August.

I remember majorly painful surgery; a flood; my bestest cat dying..... I also remember meeting my gf and kissing her for the first time; buying a brand-new truck that's all mine; and going on vacay to San Francisco; and going to Vegas to pet tiger cubs!
There was good and bad, same as every year.
