The movie was about a woman's family who signed her up to be on one of those shows where a man chooses to marry a woman from around 20 women. (like a game show). The fans like the idea of what her family did, so the producers decide to keep her in the show for awhile, since she is boosting ratings. Once she is on the show,however she meets the male star's friend, and they slowly are developing a romance even though she is supposed to be viying for the stars affections. At the end, she ends up with the male stars friend, instead of the star who is actually shallow and not ready to get married at all, it was all just a publicity thing to boost his acting. The movie was a romantic comedy, and I think it came out between 2000 and 2005, but I would say somewhere closer to 2002. I cant remember the title and i want to watch it again, help!!
