Not at all. Though she had a lot of support through the people, Musharraf was [indirectly] responsible for her level of security. Since she was exiled on charges of 'corruption' in the first place, it wouldn't be a surprise for all this to come about when she returned. She knew this well, perhaps she thought that in her death, the people would rebel...?
