Yes. My father's family, my son, and some of my in-laws give me high anxiety.

I learned to leave their company before I get to anxious or uptight. It helps me to find a distraction, or to leave toxic people.

Yes. when you get a group of people together who are cocky, loud and don't care about other peoples feelings. The most annoying are those people who think the only way to live is going out getting smashed every day of the weekend and say that anybody who doesn't do that are boring and don't have a life, especially when they try and force people to go out. This is one of the things I hate about being English. This is the culture. We don't all want to live that way and unfortunately some people pretend to like it just to fit in and not get called.

Yes, the people I work with (mostly 3 specific ones), have cause d me to have several panic attacks just by asking me simple questions. I just despise them, that is why I am looking for a new job. Also I find my anxiety is lessened when they are out of the office.

Lots of people give me high anxiety, especially those who are:
Very loud
Those who will not stop talking
People who are rude without cause
People who use foul languae all the time
People who show no regard for my feelings.

i could go on and on.
I'm sure people have different thresholds and different things that cause anxiety.
I'm also sure that people vary in theire concern for others.
I've read lots of books saying that we should not judge other people and we should show them consideration - but it's very difficult when their behaviour affects others in a negative way.
Some people are just like that - if you are not happy then either tell them or avoid them.
