This is absolutely terrible. Mustag says her murder has no effect on America -- that is absurd . The US is deeply involved in that part of the world, and supposedly in support of democracy in Muslim countries. Mrs. Bhutto stood for democracy and her party was poised to win a lot of seats in the parliament. Her assassination was not inevitable as some of the answerers here say! This is a very dangerous situation for Pakistan and many other countries, including the USA. It's a very dark day for democracy and freedom. I hope the grieving crowds can be controlled and that there will be no more loss of life!

I knew she would be taken out as soon as she came back from exile. It was only a matter of time. Still unfortunate, it's never okay to kill women.

Unfortunate yes. But it really has no effect on America. Pakistan is one of our allies on the war on terror.
