some times we underestimate ourself. we are more than what we think off. discovering what we are and finding answers inside is the best way to be creative. one should always start with working on mind. avoid unnessesary thoughts. ( bascially things which have no value or waste of time). If you improve on thought process it improves rest of everything in you. every single thing we think about should be valueable.
By the way you can not be more creative....... you are already.. it is just the time you need to find you.

to be more creative, ....just get a break from your run around lifestyle and in those moments, try to gather up your thoughts into an imagination
