He lied about using a condom, and lied about pulling out. I confronted him nicely, and he continued to lie. He's known for cheating - but treats me differently. Am I really different? Or does the saying "once a cheater, always a cheater" apply here?

Yes, the last thing you want someone lying about is using a condom, so if the lights are on, then you should be able to see that...
But worse is the lying. If it starts there, it will probably continue with other lies.
This guy apparently wants to get you pregnant and/or give you an STD. Or else he is just indifferent and doesn't care one way or the other. He will probably be long gone if you do get pregnant or an STD, because he obviously doesn't think enough about you to tell the truth.
Dump him like a hot potato. You deserve better. Even being alone is better than being with a user.

A person who has no respect for truth can put you in several unsurmountable troubles.One should get away from a liar ,without hesitation and without delay.You cannot rule out the possibility of all good lovely things said by him to you so far ,being blatant lies.

He lied about something that could have altered your life. HE LIED ABOUT SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE GOTTEN YOU PREGNANT. Does that sound like someone you can trust? Factor in his rep for cheating and it is obvious this guy is all about himself and what he wants at the moment.
