Can anybody give me the names (and preferably authors too) of some good books (I'm a 16 year old girl) I like like romance and drama the best. Anything dealing with that or abuse or friendship or depression books are usually good too. Teenage stuff (whatever that really means lol). It's gotta be interesting (I have a short attention span haha) thanks for any reccomendations =]

Lisa Bright and Dark by John Neufeld
It's about a 16 year old girl who has a pretty good life but suffers from a nervous breakdown and is losing her mind. Her parents and teachers deny what is happening to her. Only her friends will help her and go where the adults are too afraid to go.
I really enjoyed the book.

You should try reading the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. They are the best books ever written. They are about a girl who falls head over heels in love with a vampire (hottie) Edward Cullen. He loves her to but its hard to because he's a vampire and because her scent is much more appealing to him than any other human. They are very good books, and I can almost guarantee that once you read them, you won't be able to put them down.

"Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes" by Chris Crutcher is quite good.
"The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" books by Ann Breshares
"The Perks of Being a Wallflower" Stephen Chbosky
"Sloppy Firsts" -Megan McCafferty

Or, the series books like "Gossip Girl" "The A List" The Dating Game"...etc...

Those are books one of my high school students really enjoyed.
