If you know you have told the truth, and you know you are not a liar, then let them go on and think what they want. I have had people call me a liar before, and it hurts of course, because you would have thought that they knew your character by now...I finally got to the point, that I wasn't going to try to defend my own honor anymore, and just ignore them when they try to call me out on things...If they want their proof, them let them have the headache of trying to disprove me...I also have challenged them to prove me wrong,..which they never can...God Bless and Happy New year!

Well, violence, either physical or psychological, is never a rational option.
If called a liar, you confront the person and discuss the matter with a calm, leveled head. If they do not understand, or choose not to understand, don't waste your time. Time and effort won't change their minds. Their hell-bent in keeping what they believe.
I disassociate myself from people who play mind games. They are a negative force and what I call, human vampires.
If you can't physically remove yourself from their presence, then you must learn to block their mindless insinuations and anger provoking behavior.
Think and take care of yourself.

It is hard to be called a liar when you know you are not if you have someone in your life like that talk to them if this does not help then have very little to do with them if it is your parent well just prove that you are honest

It all depends on the tone and circumstance. As a communication student, i was taught to view things holistically. To your question, if someone call me a liar, all i will do is to ask him/her to tell the reason why he/she a liar. The reason determine my reaction.

i would prove them wrong, there no way , they going to get away with that, trust me, but i won't fight with them , but i will use what i have and that is knowledge of wisdom, or if they like to play hard, i can also hold a grudge of them, and they never know what hit them and that call revenge.

As they say, "if the shoe fits". Why would somebody accuse you of lying if you haven't lied. Maybe you need to re-think this question. You sound awfully guilty.

simple, if you didn't decieve them then they are just trying to get to you... ignore and do not associate with them.
