my wife is doing breastfeeding but sometimes she use formulated milk. Do you think thats okay for the baby?

It's perfectly fine and healthy for the baby, but just make sure that she is aware if she is supplementing with formula she won't have the same milk production as if she were exclusively breastfeeding.

Breast milk is far better for the baby than formula. Supplementing with formula will also cause your wife's milk supply to decrease unless she is pumping each time she feeds formula. If it is just an occasional thing and the baby's digestive system is handling the formula, it's probably okay, but if the goal is to be able to bottle-feed the baby sometimes, but still keep her breast milk supply up, it might work better to pump and feed breast milk in the bottle.

Absolutly. There is nothing wrong with supplementing every once in a while. Besides you may even want a chance to feed the baby.

Of course the goal is to give the baby the vitamins it needs daily and formula is ok!

I have 2 healthy boys that say its ok. I did this with both of them.
