If the float is stuck like everyone say then that's your problem, however I work at a bike shop and see these China made bike every now and then and the other thing we have found is that the floats are just out of ajustment. If it isn't stuck then try pushing the little metal tab on the float that pushes the needle down in the seat down to allow less fuel to get into the carb and this should stop ypur leak problems. Don't bend it to much. I would start at 1mm or less.

Sounds like everyone has already told you what it is.
The carb is the only component that controls the fuel.Tap the float if that dont work then you need to readjust the float and make sure the float dosnt have a hole in it.If the bike is brand new it most likely is just stuck.

sounds like the "float" in the carb is stuck. Remove the "bowl" from the carb and check that the float is freely moving up and down, I'd guess she fell and it stuck in the full up position allowing too much fuel into the carb. be sure to replace the gasket on the bowl too.

use a screw driver and just tap, with the handle
tap the carb, on the side, a couple of times,
remember just tap. If that does not free the
float then the carb has to be removed and
fixed...
I think the float is either struck or something
is under the needle. usually it's the later..
and in rare occasions the float has a hole in it
in that case it can be drained and resoldered.

The floats inside the bottom of the carb are stuck. You need to remove the carb and disassemble, then adjust and clean.Possibly a bit of dirt stuck in the float needle. If it is one of those cheap and dangerous minimoto's,then expect more problems.

most of those mini dirt bikes are made in China and most of them need the carbs cleaned and adjusted. My boyfriend works at a shop that sells those and that is a pretty common problem. Also, if you bought it new, don't forget to check all of the bolts after the first 10 hours of use. They tend to loosen up at first.
