I haven't. I never wanted to risk death that much. If I get suicidal, there are more sure-fire (yuk yuk yuk) ways to do it.

Last time I played Russian Roulette I had all blanks in the gun, just to be on the safe side. Hey look, If I'm gonna gamble with my life, I can find many more interesting ways of doing it.
