I bought brand new Saturn Outlook 2007 XR All Wheel Drive. 3 weeks later I found out that there is a whining noise when I drive the car at 75mph. I took it to a Saturn dealer they said this noise coming from the tires and that’s the way it is. I took it to a different dealer they said it’s bearing. Then I took it to another dealer they said transfer box. Any idea? Please help,

The car is still under warranty. Have the dealer check the things you mention - the bearings and to check if there's enough fluid in the transfer case. If these are ok, if just may be the tires. The tires that manufacturers put on new cars are not the quietest tires available. You may want to have quieter tires put on if it's nothing else.
