Ephedrasil Hardcore or Hot ROX Extreme?

I would be really interested to know what is better than the other (I have read all the bad reviews so only interested in hearing from people that have taken them and there honest thoughts please)

In addition if anyone has used either of them with side effects I would be interested to know what they were! Thanks

exposed.com has ephedrasil hardcore in the top 20. I'm not sure about hot rox extreme, don't recognize it. The reason ephedrasil isn't #1 is safety issues if I recall.
