You do not say how old you are, but whatever your age it is still heartbreaking to be without parents.Ignore the people who are unkind, acknowledge those who are kind.Stick to-gether at all times, guide and advise each other, You will grow strong and in dependant, despite your loss.

Orphans are God's children. The fact that you 'how to forge ahead' shows you have the will to go foreward. Plan your life constructively and pay little regard to the poor creatures that do not treat you well. In every society or social group there is always a despicable scumbag not worthy of mention.Your loneliness can be arrested if you assist , say an orphanage or join a support group. Good luck.

Eventually all of us , at least the majority of us, will become orphans. Some sooner than later.
The fact does not kick in until the time we bury the second one, since it is rare that they die together.
How do you go about with life? The same way as before but a bit more scared perhaps. Try to be closer to another relative, an aunt, uncle ,your mothers or fathers favorite sister or brother.
Normally they would step up to the plate.
Or you can band together with your siblings.

If a person doesn't know you're an orphan how would you be treated?
Keep it to your self and see what happens.
Maybe you are talking about it because you are concerned and people pick up on that.
Remember, money talks,
News articles about orphan animals, birds, whales, people, anything with "orphan" attached draws attention.
Disney has made $$$$$ making movies about orphan animals or humans.
Do you find yourself discussing this with people as a way of holding a conversation?
BTW I'm an orphan too. but it happened after my parents could enjoy their grankids. It happens to everyone sooner or later.

Being orphaned is a cruel joke on any living thing; and the life you've been forced into, a difficult one to find any enjoyment in.
But even those of us with parents sometimes experience the same difficulties in life, for not all parents are the loving and nurturing people they should be.
The resolve to rise above your problems lies within yourself; even if you don't realize it yet. Look to the person inside; make peace with yourself; and you'll find you can accomplish anything.

I have lived the life of an orphan myself. YOU have to rely on yourself to get what you want and succeed. Once you become an adult you are NO LONGER an orphan and you need to have some ideas as to how you will fend for yourself and make your way. I joined the military and it did me a world of good. I had real family there and I was financially stable and independent and I made decisions for MY future and my life. Having a "parent" figure isn't what makes you. It's what YOU do and nobody else.

Start a support group for each other. 2 heads are better than 1 so why not try putting 50 heads together. Support groups work for other people's problems, maybe it can work for you.
Keep us updated on how it goes.
