Don't make a resolution that is hard or technical. Start out small and achieve it. Then start another one. There's no limit to how many you can make or break.

It's really tough to keep a New Year's resolution. An individual has to be determined and disciplined. It also depends on what that New Year's resolution may be. Why not take baby steps towards keeping the resolution and don't have anything outrageous on the resolution list.

u can keep a resolution only if u were committed to start with. most resolutions fail because they are taken as some resolution had to be taken. and when u r serious about it, dont fall in to the 'new year resolutions fail anyway' trap. they dont have to and will not. be committed. best of luck

Tell to your friend about your new years' resolutions and promise to him if you miss them you will give 10 dollars per every promise.

Focus and devotion on your resolution after the New year Day! Have definite plans to execute the resolution,collect resources including mental resources, if needed,prioritise,systematically organise into several scalable steps and start climbing on it one by one,one at a time!

Write them using large letters and aerosol can paint upon the largest dry flat surface in frequent view apart from postal delivery or military lorry.
