Does 'perfection' refer to the optimum skill and strength levels can possibly be attained before old age or desease gets in the way?

Or does it refer to high proficiency that was never attained by anyone before?

Or was it the ability to defeat anyone in any situation flawlessly?

To quickly & effectively neutralize any situation that requires you to use your combat training without causing damage to yourself or innocent people. The only damage should be done to the attacker/s that are trying to hurt you or anybody you are protecting at that time like your child or family member.
