You seem to have feelings that maybe there is still a connection between your boyfriend and his ex. That insecurity is coming out in your dream as her pregnancy.
If you feel like maybe there's still something between them, then you should ask him about it and discuss how you feel. Once your mind is put at ease, then you shouldn't have these type dreams anymore.
Personal note: When I first met my current wife, she was dating quite a bit. Even after we became a steady thing, she still had suitors from her past showing up all the time. Even though she was committed to me, I still felt insecure that maybe she would want to go back to the single life. For a long time, I had a recurring dream that we were at a party and suddenly I couldn't find her. When I finally did, she was talking to some strange guy. No matter how hard I tried to get her attention, she would always stay focused on him and I could never get close to her. At the end of the dream, she always left the party with the other guy.
I finally broke down and confided my dreams in her and she assured me that she was perfectly happy with our life together and wanted to marry me. We got married, have been together now for 14 years, and I've never had that dream again.

It doesn't actually mean anything, maybe it's just that you've been thinking about your boyfriend and his ex-wife alot. Try not to think about your boyfriend's ex-wife and hopefully you won't get these weird dreams again!

Its guilt! You arent treating your boyfriend well, and so are worried that you are forcing him back into the arms of his ex.
Spend a bit more time with your boyfriend and give him a night in to remember. And a gift. Something nice and expensive.
If you have a girlfriend you can confide in, tell her too, and try and get the 3 of you hooked up for another night in to remember.
Only with these steps will you feel less guilty.
