My Ex and I (4 year relationship) broke up under good terms about 8 months ago. She kind of like another brother when we broke up and eventually got with him afterward (she also wanted to explore since I was her first boyfriend). I guess things didnt work out between him and her and now this other guy wants a chance with her but she aint sure about him. Anyway I tried a lot of ways to get back with her but she says she doesn't feel that way anymore but she still cares about me. I eventually stopped speaking/seeing her so I could get over her. We spoke for the first time during christmas in 2 months, I found out from that conversation that I have never felt happier speaking with another person in my entire life (21 years old). Usually only doing messed up things make me happy...she was and still is the only person that makes me feel happy living a honest life. She had fun speaking with me too. I dunno what I should do, should I get over her? She truely makes me so happy though

If she doesn't want a relationship, then yes you have to get over her. I went through the same thing at your exact age and the same thing happened (luckily the other guy only liked women who were attached, once she was single he blew her off). Time will tell what will happen. Maybe a few years down the road you'll get back together. Don't get your hopes up though. It sounds like she's changing and is still getting to know herself. You have to respect that about her and let her go.

I've been in a very similar situation myself recently.
Give it another go if it'll make you both happy and of course if she wants to go back with you, BUT, I warn you now, it's never the same and the chances are that you'll part again and you'll have to go through all the heartache and pain all over again.
It would probably be the better idea to move on, which is never easy when your heart still beats every beat for someone else.
It does take such a long time to get over someone you love.
I really hope things work out for you.

well who called who or how did this happen (the convo)? cuz if she contacted you...maybe shes changed her mind maybe not. she could still want to keep in touch if she cares for you even if its not that way. but sometimes ppl have to explore before they realize what they truely want. for now i would write if off as done...move on, but....if you really feel strongly about her, keep her in your heart in case she comes back. but dont wait your whole life....someone will eventually come along who can do what she does, even better. everything happens for a reason and you will find who your meant to be with when its meant to happen. and trust me...if someone else comes along, you will know it. i was in the same situation and was so upset over my last b/f and couldnt imagine anyone else better than him...until i met my husband.

You are 21, quit playing games. Just tell her that you still love her, and see if she still has feelings for you. If not, you need to move on with your life.

Just be honest with her about how you feel.......

You never know what might be until you take a chance.
