Laws (rules, resolutions) produce evil concupiscence of law, accompanied by an overwhelming desire to do what's forbidden, or not do what's commanded, and then get hounded with guilt for doing it or not doing it...

Such curse of the law, such concupiscenc of law, is
commonly called damned if I do & damned if I don't;
which is one biblical reason to flush all laws as dung,
and simply have grace is sufficient (no law required).

His Grace --> Mercy ---> Peace with you all. Amen.

I don't make any, because in my experience you're just setting yourself up to fail and feel bad. So I just do things when I'm ready. Less pressure, more likelihood of success.
