Think of this.... All the water that is on the earth is all the water that ever was or ever will be.
that is unless some is introduced by some alien entity.

Same with matter.

So when we are conceived and the sperm enters the egg and the egg divides we become a complex cellular organism.
From the conception stage to birth is a giant accumulation of mass and matter.

Is it matter that has always been here or is it new?

No youngmoi thats not it....
this is mostly about our relation to the earth and all things.
Thats mostly what I am getting at here.
Of course the cell is not just springing to life from nothing.

Stardust.

A trillion years of cosmic evolution, man, along with unfathomable amount of creations, living, dead, and unliving are the result.

I fail to understand why people must believe there is something that created us. Why can't we come from vapor? If the universe was only 5,000 years old, I'd be down on my hands and knees hoping for salvation. But the fact of the matter is, billions, if not trillions of years have gone by and the result is trillions of galaxies and an expanse that can only be measured in millions if not billions of light years. Just how much of which we really know about is guessing as it keeps getting revised upwards. Plus, why would God give a damn about us when the rest of the cosmos is Gods playground.

Lack of human common sense just screws up the works and the world.

Matter cannot be created or destroyed. Your existence is just borrowing some matter that has been around all the time. Your life, the spark of energy that allows you to be, the breath of life, is what counts for you. When the flame goes out, the candle is still there, but it is a dead candle.

When God cast Satan out of heaven onto the earth, He poured the space or the universe full of water. Genesis 1: 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. There is a body of water between the second and third heaven were God's throne is at this time. God created Adam out of the dust of the earth. Genesis 1: 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. He took Evil out of Adam's Body and all people came from Adam and Evil. Genesis 3: 20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

I get the impression you are thinking that each time a cell divides, the "second" cell has sprung into existence from nothing. That's not how it works --- but I'll leave you to find the details for yourself.

Like the saying ashes to ashes and dust to dust.....

"The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living soul."

So I suppose we are matter that was here and will be here after we are gone. The important thing to remember is that the soul or our spirit is what is truly important. For no flesh is worthy to God...only our spirit.

everything created have the creator..as man created the machine...there must be 'something' that created things..and the creator of each single things in the universe is one and only God almighty...as we were created from the matters that were created too.. from single cell of egg and sperm..the division of cells to become a complex organism..all the dramatic stages won't be that dramatic unless there's involvement of the 'creator'..designer' and the 'planner' of all the stages involved... thus...i concluded that we come from the God and we will go back to Him(death)

All matter is eternal. Nothing is new, except in its form and the way it is currently connected. God organised this universe. He did not create matter from nothing. All matter/particles have always been in existence, in one form or another.

In the good old Hippy days we used to sing, 'we are star dust.'
This is literally true all the atoms that compose our bodies were formed in novas we are the ashes of dead stars.

It was always there! And have you ever thought that the water you drink may contain molecules that were once someone else's pee?
