Stress causes migraine. Learn to go slowly. Most important, eat properly and in proper time. Never miss meal and have a balanced diet.

Yes this is a problem but not incurable. I suggest you to apply acupressure therapy and get rid of this problem. You may visit the site below and see Acupressure. I hope you will get rid of migraine in future. Yoga is also a good cure for it.

glucose level is a big thing for many people - skipping a meal lowers your sugar level and can cause horrible headaches - try drinking orange juice if you skip a meal and see if that helps, if so - it's your sugar level

food is our energy, if you miss a meal the body has to work harder. Might be worth getting checked out by a doctor just to rule out any medical problems like diabetes.
