Assuming that Google guessed rightly that you meant "bromeliads", then the best solution is fencing them off - one area for garden, a different area for dogs.
If you insist on having both dogs & plants in the same area but don't want a physical fence that would make it harder for you to weed the garden, try an "invisible fence", which works by you burying the "aerial" cable along the edge of the "no go" area and fitting a shock collar to your dog. When the dog gets close to the buried cable his collar starts to whine as a warning. If he keeps going it delivers a shock. For the first few days YOU accompany him every time he is outside, and you tell him off whenever he gets close to that cable, praise him when he moves away from the cable.

And your dog can't be a decent Neapolitan Mastiff - if he was, you would know how to spell his breed and we wouldn't have to guess at what on earth your are writing about.
