I got a new case (Raidmax Ninja).... should be quiet and cool well..... SHOULD... but mine is making a lot of noise, mostly coming from the side 45mm fan? + my M/B is reading at 50'C!! but my cpu is at 31'C!!( Data from Asus PC Probe II)... My specs:
--------------------------------------------
Power Case 500W Power Supply:
120mm fan exhaust
------------------------------------
Raidmax Ninja case:
120mm Front lower intake fan
120mm Rear exhaust from CPU/PSU
45mm Side fan intake
-------------------------------------
Intel P4 3.2Ghz
---------------------------------------
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 pro CPU fan
----------------------------------------------
ECS Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS
----------------------------------------------
Asus P5KPL M/B
----------------------------------------------
It all seems like a great pc.... but wen i installed it all into the Ninja the 45mm fan was noisy... Maybe it is coz of PSU (X-Tec 400W) so i buy a new PSU.... STILL NO LUCK!
PLZ HLP!

The side fan is 80mm, not 45 mm. An 80mm fan can be quite a bit nosier than the 120mm versions. If you aren't sure what it is try disconnecting all of the case fans and turn the system on. If the noise persists it's not a case fan. If it doesn't, plug in the side fan only. If the noise comes back, replace the fan.

You'll have to do some troubleshooting -- if suspect a fan is causing the noise, turn your PC off, unplug each fan, one at a time, starting your PC back up after each one. If the noise goes away with that fan unplugged, replace it.

Also, 50 deg. C isn't that outrageous of a temp for your MB. If it gets to 70 or higher, then I'd be concerned.

My system also became quite noisy and also the temperatures rose... This was corrected when i opened the cabinet and cleaned the CPU fan, and really it worked quite well... You can also try the same

ur pc is making noise.....the root cause of it could be the smps cable is touching ur cpu fan.just open ur pc and check where it is not happening.
