A change in diet can bring around some good results. Check out the following website - it has some great information. At the end of the article there are a couple more links for further info. Hope you find this helpful. I wish you good health! :-)

My father had M.S., and now my sister has it. I've read that there can be benefits from certain dietary changes.
A few years ago I found a specific recipe book online and had it sent to her from Amazon. There are others, but the one I chose was:
"The Multiple Sclerosis Diet Book : A Low-Fat Diet for the Treatment of M.S."
At the same time, I also bought her these two books:
"Living Beyond Multiple Sclerosis : A Woman's Guide"
"Women Living With Multiple Sclerosis"

Of course, every case is different, but keep active, and actively interested in your health situation, and seek out all the online information and help groups that are available today.

Good luck... or, "in bocca al lupo", as they say over here!
