I have a 12 year year old girl and it isn't alright for her. She isn't old enough to date anybody. She isn't even interested in "dating" That is just too young. She should be put into a sport or something if she's wanting to date a 16 year old. She has too much time on her hands. I sure hope she has good parents.

No. Neither the 12 year old or the 16 year old are mature enough to date, if it is for building a relationship other than friendship. The proof is that the 12 year old may be enambered, but the 16 year old should realize that the 12 year old is not mature enough to be on the same social level. Most 12 year old girls are not interested in the things a 16 year old boy is and vice-versa.

Date OK but no sex not even oral sex. The 16 year old is tempted to have sex with this young girl for sure but then this 12 year old girl might have the hormones and urge to discover sex as well.
I guess we are all humans but don't forget humans have made laws to prosecute young men having sex with younger girls. They could go to jail for many years especially older than 16. 16 might be the year they might prosecute you as an adult.
So, I would not have sex with this younger girl. Is it worth to go to jail just to have a few nights of sex with a 12 year old? I think not.
Try to have it with an 18 year old girl, it is even much better. Just my opinion. Not illegal also. But then maybe the 18 year old girl might be in trouble if she had sex with a 16 year old boy.
I guess we are living in a modern age where humans make laws to make young people suffer.

As long as they practice abstinence. If it were my kid (especially the 12 yr old girl), I'd want that to be the case.
We don't want to admit it, but now-adays, kids are a lot more mature than they were when I was that age... and I'm only 20!!

thats right parents get involved with your kids..bout time you did, not the community, not uncle sam, you, the one that had them..get your *** up, and talk to them..or are you just wanting to be their friend..so you wont upset them,
