Simply translated, "Satan will rule" becomes:
サタンが治める
(satan ga osameru)
"Satan will rule"
However, I don't think it expresses the intent of the sentence. I'd go with something like this:
サタンが治める日は必ず来るんだよ!
(satan ga osameru hi wa kanarazu kuru n' da yo!)
"The day in which Satan will rule will surely come!"

Satan will NEVER rule...you may as well get it right.
By the way, it's 'their profile' not 'there profile'.

No matter what language you say it, there seems to be a little mistake in the sentence he wants to translate: Satan WILL NOT rule... He RULES already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tell that to your friend for me please.
