I keep hearing that it is one of the best games? What do u do in the game?

it is a port of half life 2 from 2004
but to stop it from being cheap and crap they added te new expansions episodes one and two
episode two came out this year
they also added a fun mini game called portal
and a funny and exciting online game called team fortress two
its basically 3 top notch games and two expansion packs

That's one of the Half-life sequels. It's the latest one of them. I don' think that it's the best game. It uses an old graphics engine (same one used for Half-life 2). I palyed it on PC, though, because PS3 version has a lot of lags. And I'm not going to throw so much money for (basically) an old PC game. It's fun, though, good FPS, Portal is a nice puzzle and Team Fortress 2 is a nice multiplayer. If I were you, I would wait for Haze (Halo killer, released on 15.01.2008).

it's a sort of sequel pack to one of the best action games I think has been made. It contains 5 games with varying themes or gameplay varieties. Part shooter, some thinking, A story!! Deeper than Doom or Unreal with strategy thrown in.

My sons love it they have it for XBox360.
It is basically a death match you choose your class and each has its own objective.
Best i could understand i am not a gamer though This is a quick run down from my youngest son.
He did say it is a great game and both sons play for hours on XBox live if that is any help.
