The other day my buddy calls me on the phone. And we start talking about our day when he starts talking about sex. He says hey whats turns you on and i tell him ya know the stuff that turn me on . When I ask him the same question he tells me when he is having sex with his girlfriend. He likes to choke her until her eyes start to roll back into her head a little bit. In utter shock i say nothing but he says she taps him when she needs to breathe but i am still left speechless.

Is this something that I should be worried about that progress into something bigger or is it just some kind of fetish. (I know there are fetishes like this out there)

WORRY! I SAY WORRY! AS A MATTER OF FACT FEAR IT WITH GREAT TREMBLING! He has told you how he feels and no one knows better than himself. Don't ignore the signs. That is a RED flag.

Yes, it can lead to death. Some people find great pleasure in the lack of oxygen, etc, that is associated with the asphyxiation, and that the orgasm is exponentially more awesome, but often times it is taken too far and the person being choked suffocates and dies.

What if she taps him and he's in the middle of his own orgasm and cannot release his grip? Scary.

This will go into a progessive stage that will eventually go out of control. It's already bad enough that it's a wonder she's still with him. If this guy is under 18, talk to his parents. Otherwise, it's 2 consenting adults.

um that sounds like a freaky and weird fetish. People are in to all sorts of different things. But i would be careful around your friend , he obviously enjoys hurting people for ''fun''. Its really not normal , maybe try talking to him about it and reminding him he can hurt someone.

Oh Lord you should be worried about your friend.

I know that your friend might think that it's not your business cuz this is between him and his gf. However this is something serious and you don't want anything to happen to his gf, right?

Try to address this to him in casual way. If I were you, I'd be worried that this might turn into something bigger and we don't want that to happen!

be worried. very worried. that just is one of the worst and most horrible things u can do to someone while having sex. Sex is not suppose to be a moment to fear he might not let go if u dont tap him right away.

it is a fetish and they have the safe procedure --- it can be dangerous BUT thats part of the thrill and yes it could move onto other things --- as long as they are sensible about it it should not be life threatening
