When I was in Australia, I spent a lot of time with Aboriginal storytellers, activists, etc., and I enjoyed plenty of performances by Aboriginal dancers and musicians--live and "on the wax" (Tiddas, Yothu Yindi). Aboriginal people welcomed me into their homes and their neighborhoods. They showed me around Brisbane and Sydney. Two Aboriginal teenage girls befriended me in a mall. It was great synchronicity when I met them on the street with their "gang." They showed me and my conference buddies the way to the Goanna Club. I hope you get the picture here.

Aboriginal people are also at the forefront of the environmental justice or "green" movement.

These are the ways of the Aboriginal people of Australia. These are the ways of the Aboriginal people who have miraculously survived centuries of exploitation, oppression, and subjugation. I applaud the indigenous revitalization movement.

V, you spend a lot of time in Y/A denouncing trolls. Are you becoming the thing that you hate? What's up with this question? Where is this anger really coming from? Please snap out of it. Maybe your battles with the Y/A trolls are stressing you out and making you bitter. I hope not. You are very smart and creative. Please put your mind and your creativity to constructive use. Please don't increase the hatemongering already running rampant in Y/A.
