i was caught shoplifting at a electronic store.The cops called my uncle to pick me up.Will he able to go to court with me?

It depends on your age. If you are a minor (under 18), your parent or legal guardian MUST attend court with you and be present in court. If you are an adult, your uncle may attend any hearings you must appear for. However, he may not participate in the legal process.

USUALLY A PARENT IS REQUIRED? UNCLE IS A GUARDIAN AND COULD BE BROUGHT IN FOR PARENTS IF HE HAS A LIMITED CUSTODY OF YOU?
DEPENDS ON COURT AT JUVENILE, JUDGE AND HOW HE FEELS AND ARE PARENTS AWARE AND DID THEY GIVE PERMISSION FOR UNCLE TO BE THERE?

If he's your legal guardian only. If your parents still have custody and legal guardianship over you then they have to be there.

Your legal guardian is allowed, and I'm sure you can request he be there as well.
