Hi there,
why dont you open out with your best relative ? may be brother or dad or mum ?
Maybe with them , have a consultation with a psychologist first.
The very first fact that, you have realised that you are in depression shows your inclination to come out of it ....that itself is a very good sign....
believe me, you can come out of it...and you will do it...okay ?
Try to assess whats the basic problem or cause for this state ?
step by step, analyse, and chart out the solutions.....you will come out of it..otherwise have a sitting with a psychologist..okay ?

Hair loss is only a secondary problem...for that, have good diet, oil bath regaularly every week.
watch for some more time and if necessary, consult a dermatologist.

best wishes...

If one isn't down wind from a nuclear power facility, recent
battlefield where uranium-rich projectiles are scattered about,
or related weapon construction is underway nearby then I'd certainly be puzzled by the described health effects enough to see local medical health authority. Assumed the question source work enjoyment did nor derive from thermo-nuclear
materials smuggled or otherwise.

I know this won't seem related, but be sure and have a physician take a blood test for any vitamin deficiencies. Sounds like you're just depressed, though. Hair can fall out because of lack of appetite and/or eating. A good therapist can help a lot; I hope you can find one.

learn about buddhism.

changed my life man and gave me a whole new way of managing my emotions, its not so much of a religion as it is a psychology.

its not a religion in the traditional sense, its pretty much about emotional health and handling what life throws at you.

do this and seek professional help.

also go out and play a game of pool or darts or bowling with some friends, you'll be surprised how good it feels just to have a good time with a friend again.

One of the newer antidepressants, I forget which one, caused my friend to lose her hair and it grew back as soon as she stopped taking it. If you're taking any medication, it could be the side effects.
