Recently, I was talking to my devout Christian friend about dating and relationships. She told me that people should date one person whom they know will help them on their spiritual walk with God. What's your take on this ?

dating should be your opportunity to meet different people, get experience in knowing what you want in a person and what you don't It's window shopping for a life partner. As long as you stay true to your moral and religious beliefs then there is nothing wrong with dating multiple people until you find the "one".

Pick a common date like holiday? 4 of July my folks picked it.. or maybe a day between your birthdays/ mabye a relitives birthday!(like mom& dad) the day you met? I'd say that god is with all the time, if you try to match "interests" is better way! and if marraige is in stars use the advise i offered!
