ok i'm in pain, i have a fractured shoulder and its in the process of healing, my bestfriend wants me to come over and help her shovle her drive way, and i'm well known to just help anyone in need(sounds korny but its true) and she knows i'd do anything for her, my shoulder still hurts but i might be able to do this....should i risk it???

no you could damage your shoulder further making it prone to fractures and making you even more indisposed in the future when your needed because your in so much pain
If she is your best friend she will understand and be nice about it and tell you to relax and watch some tv with some chicken noodle soup
which is what you should be doing

probably not. you should give that should a needed rest so you don't hurt it again.
