how does miley cyrus get her hair so wavy and perfect?

I like her hair when it looks really long and wavy but i know its not scrunched cuz i tried that and it didnt look like that.lol.

if you want to try somehting different, as it seems everyone has pointed out how she pays for it and someone else obviously uses a curling iron and mousse

but have you ever tried curling with a straightner? works best with GHDs, you section off a bit of hair, and as pulling throug straightner, use both hands to turn the straigtner, like doing a full circle. might take a while to master but they make great bouncy curls

the like butt fart has hair extension. So the only reason her hair is wavy and shiny is because at one time it belonged to someone else.

i don't have a pro stylist, but i did get a 1/2 inch cermic curling and straightening iron and i put on pantene curl defying spray. it works reall well on me. i have miley cyrus waves almost everyday.

You have to buy a wide curling iron, press it lightly for about 15 seconds, and BAM there you go
