I was so bored that I stooped low enough to chat online with a random stranger of the opposite sex. When we traded pics, what a disappointment. I don't usually IM or chat on the Internet but my encounters with men have been sparse lately. Has anyone else experienced this?

"I'm to sexy for yahoo answers"- since you want to insult me, the truth must hurt huh? What's up with all the "Am I ugly" questions. Did I hit the nail on the head? lmao

i suspect that most of the guys are unable to get a girlfriend because they are classed as unattractive --- it could also be that some of them have excellent personalities and are hoping the ladies will see that and not care about their looks --- online i really dont care about looks i want to get to know the person and generally when you fall for the person you also see their outer beauty ---- best wishes

I have some experience with the chat thing too and my experiences have not been so bad. But I'm an old married woman who is only looking for conversations and friends because I can't get out like I used to due to my health. Keep looking until you find one that's not fugly. It can't be all bad can it? I've found some interesting friends on line and have grown a few great friendships this way. I also have a friend who found her man on line and they are now married and living happily ever after, although this took my best friend far away from me. LOL Persistence pays off in anything worth doing, so hang in there. Besides, if you like what's inside the package, the outside shouldn't matter so much. Seek and you will find!

So, why shouldn't any guy you talk to online assume that you are so fugly that you can't get with a normal guy in real life. That's hypocritical of you since it seems like online is the only way you can get any guy's attention.

Honestly, if you expect a person to look exactly like their avatars, then you are living in wonderland!

Be pragmatic. Also, try to meet people in real life.
