I'm not familiar with any such scholarship, although I suppose it would make as much sense as a scholarship for someone with a particular last name or someone whose parent works for a particular employer. If her deafness has affected her employability and you are a low income family, however, you could be eligible for grants.

As a Child of a Deaf Adult (CODA), you might want to explore coda-international. It is a resource for CODAs and currrently, they are offering 2 scholarships of $3000 each (you can compete for both).
