Sweetie get to the ER !!! You may have scratched your cornea. Very dangerous !
Infection can set up very quickly. The pain level can be tremendous !
Really go to an eye doctor if you can,but the next best thing is the ER.
Please don't pick or pull at your eye. And above all keep your hands/fingers away from your eyes as they harbor so many germs. If you do go to the ER,please follow up with your eye doctor, they're more knowledgeable and can treat this more effectively. They will do a litmus test to determine if a corneal scratch has occurred. This is nothing to play with. Your eyes are precious.

You need to see an eye doctor who will examine your eye under a powerful light and microscope. He may need to instill some dye as well to see what is there if anything. Your eyesight is very precious and you don't self medicate on this one.

Roll your eye around until it comes out. That's what I do with my contacts... Haha. This is a great question.
