You can easily get married in the Catholic church without being baptized, but you just won't be able to have a Mass.

There would not be a fee for getting baptized, if you do choose to do so.

The pre-marital classes may vary in length--just check with the church secretary or the parish priest.

The baby is not a problem - it is a joy that you kept your baby, and the church will respect that and welcome you and the baby.

+ Marriage +

The Catholic Church allows marriage between Catholics and non-Catholics.

Because the Church recognizes the tremendous challenge that the interfaith couple will face, they may have to get permission from the bishop.

For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 1633-1637: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt3art7.htm#1633

+ Joining the Catholic Church +

If you are interested in joining or just learning more about the Catholic Church, contact your local parish and ask about information about their RCIA Inquiry group.

You can go and ask any questions you want.

This is the first step in RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) but you can stop at any time.

There is no obligation to become a Catholic.

With love and prayers in Christ.

In order to be married in the Roman Catholic CHurch, you must be baptised in the Roman Catholic Church. Baptism means that all Catholics form a single body in Christ under a single spirit. It washes away original sin and you are re-born spiritually into God's family! You must take RCIA classes in order for you to recieve the Holy sacraments.

imacatholic2 has given you the best answer you will get. As some things vary from parish to parish, go to the priest in the parish where you and your fiance hope to marry and he will help you with everything.

Be careful! This baptism is not so much for Christ as for the church. Make sure that you know what your getting into.
