Nothing Porno, i want to know what it is. I think it is some kind of voice recorder. If so where can i find one?

LOL, it's not a recorder. It's an old AM pocket radio from the 1960s.
If you want one, check the antique shops.
Edit: You're quite welcome. That's a very nice radio in the picture, incidentally. It has character. I wish I had one like that for my collection.
