I like beautiful, smart women who are confident enough to *not* flock but modest enough to acknowledge and respect me, who do not play hard to get.
I like a woman who, if we click, is willing to take a few risks to get to know me better. In other words, who believes a mutual effort from both parties in beginning a relationship is an important first step to a healthy, happy relationship once it's begun.

It depends on the guy. Some like women that are hard to get ,because it's a challenge. Some like women to flock to them to boost up there confidence. At times there are guys that like both, so that is hard to say. Observe the guy you are interested in and see how he reacts towards other girls. This way you kind of get an idea.

As long as they're not flocking to other guys too, and not too hard that it seems like she isn't interested in me one bit.

How about a third choice? It doesn't really matter if she is hard to get because I would not be trying to "get" her. I would get to know her at a slow, healthy pace and move forward only when we establish a real connection.If you treat relationships like a game you are going to get played with.

i wants a girl that wants me too and she really shows it, not trying to play hard to get.
From my experience, I've fallen in love with girls that are hard to get and yeah, in the end I never get her at all. I'm so sick of all the mind games and stuff like that. I dont want to hang around waiting for someone who's just playing around with my head.

ladies that play hard to get are saying they are not interested to me so i leave them alone ---- and i have NEVER had ladies "flock" around me --- raofpmsl ---- have fun

Hard to get...every guys enjoys a good challenge. I personally enjoy meeting a woman with a brain and who keeps me on my toes.
