The t-bone has a piece of the striploin on one side and the tenderloin on the other. You get two of the finest cuts of meat on one steak plus a really tasty bone, if thats your thing.
Sirloin... is the tougher part of the tenderloin, and you only get the one flavour. although it is by no means a tough cut of meat, it is relative to that of the rest of the almost melt in your mouth buttery texture of the tenderloin.
plus you might save some money on the t-bone because they count the bone and so price it a bit lower.
edit: also, A1 or any other sauce is wasting the piece of meat. Salt and maybe a little pepper is all you need on these cuts, they are full of flavour.

Sirloin steak is the best...though the T-bone is great meat, you have to fight the bone to get to the meat. And even then, when you're done with the T-Bone...you're still hungry cuz the meat wasn't enough. A Sirloin steak on the other hand is pure 100% meat. No cutting around the bone or a little off the edge, just pour some A-1 Sauce on it, your side of a baked potato and you're on your way to heaven!!! Now I want a sirloin!!!

Without question a T-Bone wins that one hands down.
I could use a extra thick porterhouse with some tater logs and coleslaw. I like to eat a Tbone with navy beans and rice too, I know that sounds weird but years ago when I was single I had a tiny flat on the edge of nowhere. The gas was not on and I had to use a Coleman camp stove. A T-bone is an easy thing to cook. all you need is a hot skillet a little s&p and some time. LOL I would really get my pan smokin hot and cook that steak at room temperature for a good 6 minutes and flip it for 6 more. I would dump a small bottle of drained shrooms to the pan at that time and cover it. I would make a pot of rice and heat up a can of Trappey's navy beans to go with it. With a few cold brews,an old black and white tv, with a fan (no A/C) ,in the wonderful area of town known as Wragg swamp. Those were the days!!!

The TBone or Porterhouse is a prized steak in many steak houses and my favorite. If you go with a Sirloin go with the Top Sirloin as this is the best part of the Sirlion.
Ask for a Choice or prime cut for the better steak experience.

Sirloin has a great flavor, but the T-bone is the best. Gives you a strip steak and a filet.

A T-Bone is better...
And apparently most people here don't know their meat that well...
The T-Bone has a larger meat portion on one side of the bone, and a smaller one on the opposite side...
The meat on the larger side is a STRIP LOIN... It's EXACTLY THE SAME...
And the meat of the opposite side is the same as beef tenderloin, or filet mignon as it's called in America... It's THE SAME THING...

Personally I like the T-bone.
Seems that bone gives the meat a more robust flavor....
