why is it that people on yahoo answers stink?

I think that some people just take out their bad feelings and disappointments out on this site. I know there are alot of hurting people and maybe they use this forum to get some relief. The last couple of days I received some horrible mean answers and this really hurt my feelings also. I am a human being with feelings also and want answers that are intelligent and knowledgeable, not telling me I am stupid for asking.
