God did not create the universe... and if he did what made him?, nor did he make time. not to mention that there has never been a shred of proof he exists. exept for the priests/etc. going on about him, if you ask me god is a scam to make people feel like there going to a better place when they die, meanwhile your going nowhere buy 20 feet under on a pan to get fried in an oven/cremated. if you believe in god prove to me he exist, and dont feed me some line of crap like how were his childs and he is all around us in the air. it's bullcrap!

God did not Create the universe= can u prove that? ur probably gonna respond can I prove that he did? yes its in the bible which has much more knowledge that u can even imagine

What made Him?= He always was.

not to mention that there has never been a shred of proof he exists= Bible is evidence it may not be a PROVEN fact but it is evidence

if you ask me god is a scam to make people feel like there going to a better place when they die, meanwhile your going nowhere buy 20 feet under on a pan to get fried in an oven/cremated. = Soul goes to Heaven. Body get cremated(or buried)

if you believe in god prove to me he exist=only Faith can prove that to you nobody in Yahoo! Answers nor the WORLD can prove it to you

why do u have to put God down tho? what do u have against God? im just curious because hate doesnt just happen

anyway i hope this helps im not trying to push u to Faith in God its ur life you should live it

Good Luck

I guess logic is required here. If your concept of god is that someone had to have created him, then the Someone who created him is God. If your concept of god is perfection, then He could not have been created by anyone, He had to have already existed without an explanation that any fallible human could understand; otherwise, they would be gods also. If I understood all there is to know about God, then I am God. I am not God, so anything less would be fallible, like me. Many people believe in a god, one that they can understand. I choose to believe in a God that is so powerful and mind-blowing, no one on earth can truly understand who He is but needs to accept Him as a one and only perfect Being.
He doesn't need to prove his existence; we see evidence of Him all around us. Not in the air, but through His creations. Have you ever studied how your ear works? This awesome machine could never have been formed by accident. How many earthly machines are designed around the concept of how your eyes work? There is no computer on earth that can hold as much information as the human brain. Someone had to have designed your amazing body, whose components are interdependent upon each other. When the eye loses sight, the ears and the hands take on more sensitivity to compensate. From the largest animal to the smallest atom, the world is full of God's amazing creative and inventive ideas. None of these things could have been made so intricately through accidental means or evolution.
You yourself are questioning the existence of the god that you deny; if you didn't have any idea there was a god, you wouldn't be asking the question, you would just accept that there is no god. You know in your heart that there is a god or you wouldn't care. Decide what kind of god you want to believe in; one you can understand in your limited, finite mind, or One who is undeniably, unbelievably perfect in every way. No matter which you choose to believe in, the One true God is there. Whether or not you choose to believe in Him will not negate His existence. It only negates your joy in knowing Him.

yes god is all around us he is physics, chemistry, mathematics, etc. Jesus is basically god in human form. think of god like this say you have a masterpiece of art like the Mona Lisa that painting would not exist without an artist. God is that artist. Before i became christian i felt a emptiness and non existence with the world i feel different now as a christian. Every since man has sparked into existence we have had some genes that exist in every ones DNA that says create new things, and go out explore the world and find the meaning of existence(God gave us this). Why do we create machines, robots, computers, and try to genetically modify our world? because we want to create things in our own image. we have had these genes since the beginning of time( our time not god's time god has no time limit we are one nano second in god's time) . scientist are just trying to answer the same questions as Christians, sooner or later the scientist will find that the answer was there from the start. THE BIBLE I guarantee that if you quit questioning his existence and just quit fighting against him you will find peace in your life, and fulfill that deep empty feeling and meaning of existence. These words are still to little to describe god if you can describe god in words than your god is honestly to small.
feel free to comment on this and ask me questions

Same challenge, Prove to me he does not exist. Your full of opinions and to lazy to study and find out the truth. Anyone can denounce and rant like you. I am not stating for or against. I just think you are lazy and want other people to try to convience a ranting street screamer.

Can you even give a evolution explaination? Did you know that the evolution theory we all have been taught has been proved wrong? It was discovered that there are more than one race at the sametime we were suppost to transform from an ape. Hmm Looks like the evolutionist have a problem now.

So what is your explaination Einstien?

I don't think God is something anyone can be made to believe; you have to find God on your own. Believing in God means having faith in something you can't prove. There are many things we don't witness with our eyes that we believe-- things that happened in history, stories that people tell us, believing whether or not a partner loves us. Just because you don't witness, or touch something, or because something is abstract, doesn't mean it isn't real. You are asking one of the oldest philosophical questions that take a lifetime of study; I guess the only way you'd get a concrete answer is if God were actually on Yahoo! Answers telling you what's up.

I'm not Christian, but I do believe in a Higher Power.

I don't think anyone can prove there is a Great Spirit... I think it is something we have to come by in our own beliefs, based on our own experiences and thoughts and observations.

I also don't think religions or beliefs (for the most part, though there are exceptions) were created to make people feel like crap or take advantage of people. People believed in something, and religions evolved around those beliefs.

I don't think there is anything wrong with not believing a Higher Power exists. We all have to follow our hearts in what we believe.

you will only believe when you experience a happening that can not be explained without God's being involved in the happening. You need only to know that coincidence is God's way of doing things anonymously.
Pray you own request for God to prove to you that he exist. Maybe suggest your own form of proof... Like a dream that has a certain content that only you and your pray to God knows about.

Try this on for size. Einsteins theary of relativity worked out strictly with mathmatical formulas. This fits reality. Physical reality has the kind of mathmatical structure einstein worked out. He didn't impose this theory. He discovered it. That means the world was mind like before Einsteins mind came into existance. Chance simply can't produce mathmatical formulas but we know the whole universe operates with mathmatical formulas does it not? Our mind can rationally comprehend physical aspects of our world. Why? Because the world is rational that's why. It has a creator. Not just a bunch od randon chemical reactions.

I believe that God is love. I know that love exists, and I know that love gives me strength if I am willing to use that strength. Therefore, I believe in God.

I wouldn't look to the Bible for descriptions of God's abilities. The Bible was written by people who were starting a religious movement, and what they put in the Bible was designed to interest people. It does not necessarily make sense.

I think the simplest, most minimal concepts of God are likely to be the truest.

I Do not think that anyone can prove it to you i think that you would have to prove it to yourself. It makes for better people anyway because it gives people a hope. could you imagine a world without good people? I have to ask you would you rather be at the mercy of a forgiving man of faith/ believer or at the hands of a merciless man who does not value any life above his own? You sound like you may be embittered about something in your life, in-bitterness will only lead to ruin.
