Moreover, our authority was bought back on the cross. Why don't we just take authority?
The biggest problem is the church itself. 75% do not believe that we have any authority, and 90% of them who are left don't know how to operate in authority. 95% of them who are left have too much pride to do be successful. What we need is discipleship training.
What happens not is that if anyone is actually walking in power and authority it is called lying signs and wonders by those who have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof. (The first 75% mentioned)

Sadly, God gets blamed for just about everything that goes wrong in peoples lives when mostly what they're seeing is man's inhumanity to man, man refusing to use all the brain given to him,
or man just being the old natural man because ignoring the spirit or just being greedy.

Humans seem to choose the path of least resistance. So rather then take blame they always find it easier to place it on others including god unfortunately. One day perhaps man can step up to the plate an be accountable truly for his actions as all men should. We would amaze our selfs if we only lived up to part of our potential little on are full potential. All we can do is hope and pray for our own awakening.

Because that is what people do. Look back to the Garden incident. Adam blamed both God and Eve, "The woman that YOU gave me..." Eve blamed the serpent, "The serpent deceived me..."
That has been going on ever since.

I find it interesting when people use God as the scapegoat, but they are in denial of Him. No one likes to take the blame, as when the first sin occurred.

Because he gave man the authority to rule Earth! If he is omniscient why in hell isn't there perfection?
(This is not my belief, I'm trying to give an argument to your premise.)

Uhm.
Man never had the authority to rule earth. We only think they do, because we are "more evolved" than other species.
We just blame god because, you know, Darwin forbid we could grow some balls and own up to our own mistakes.
