It's not possible to do it with the menus, as far as I know. There are lots of DVD rippers that can get the features off the DVD, but I don't know of any good ones off the top of my head. Good night!

You must make sure the video is mp4 format for iPod. If not, you may try some third party software. Nowadays, there are so many similar not free ipod converteres in the market.
