What do I do about thin nails?

My nails are so thin I can bend them backwards and forewards. They break very easy and look terrible. And I can't get my big toe nail to grow so I won't get ingrown nails. What can I do to make them grow stronger?

Drink a lot of milk and go to the store and buy a nail hardener. I used to do that and it worked, but I needed a faster way for my nail to grow, so I just went to the salon and they put on acrylics. I'm going to wear the acrylics until my nails are really long. You can try that too because it prevents your nails from breaking. It's about 20 dollars and worth it. Good Luck and hope I helped.

i know that this might sound gross, but it helps. buy a bottle of clear nail polish, then take maybe one clove of garlic, and chop it to very small pieces and put it into the bottle, the leave it like that for about 10 days, then use it on your nails as a base coat or just by itself. it might smell bad at first, but the smell goes away and your nails become stronger. i hope this helps

Gelatin with keratin (which is what nails are made of). Make jello and eat that. Keep them short until they start to get stronger.

I take vitamin E and have very strong nails, people are amazed at how strong my nails are when I have them done.

Use nail polish remover. That works better than the Sally Hansen nail polishes. It really works. I do it all the time. Strong as can be!
