You say she doesn't have a fever. Are you taking the temp rectally? If not you are just guessing. Dogs try not to show their pain/discomfort, its instinct.
Your dog may be in the early stage of liver/kidney failure, fighting a bladder infection, arthritis, you name it your dog may be suffering from it.
Take your dog in while the dog is not on its death bed.

When is the last time you had a check up with the vet??
Did they run blood work?
Are you sure the dog didn't get into anything that might hurt her.
If you haven't taken her to vet for her regular physical then I would go ahead and move that appointment up so that she could see the vet... It is best to see the vet if there are any significant changes in your pet...

Yeah i understand this, that's how i felt when my dog started getting a little lazy. It almost seemed like an instant change but it wasn't. Thats just how dogs get as they get older, unless they're sick which could be characterized by weight fluctuations, whining, etc. She could also be pregnant. If she isn't old or pregnant, take her to the vet. They'll know the answer.

She could be depressed. If you aren't spending as much time with her, you aren't walking her as much, or if you are just spending more time with someone else, she may just be a little jealous. One of my dogs gets that way even if I'm just moving furniture. Sometimes they're more sensitive than we think.
