My cat is usually very sweet and lovable. She recently has been walking with her back arched and has been extremely lazy. She is also anti-social and won't let you hold her, somethings that she never cared about. What do you think may be wrong with her?

No, my cat is fixed and it could be the weather, but she doesn't act the same as she used to.

Perhaps she's having back pain. Visit your veterinarian for diagnostics and treatment.

Your cat just may be feeling under the weather, but if you find that she is peeing where she isnt supposed, cries when in the litterbox or she stops eating, get her to a vet asap. I would get her in to see her vet soon just to make sure it isnt a bladder infection or a hairball blocking something up, just to be on the safe side. Good Luck!

how old is she? is she old enough to be in heat? cats in heat are sometimes this way. dogs in heat become very grumpy and bark a lot for no reason, so an aniti-social lazy grumpy cat sounds similiar.

play with her or take her to get another cat she likse(if you have the time, and patience. and you can tell if she likes the kitten by response. if she doesn't like it, then she may growl or lift her tail, but if she does like it, then she may not do anything, or might just want to sniff it or rub up against it.)

mine gets antisocial when the weather gets cold. She knows there is a real good chance she'll get a shock from me.
